What chillum?

Beautiful pipe, responsive customer service.

For whatever reason when I first ordered this item it ended up never shipping to me, probably a fault of USPS. Since it was meant to be a gift I was frustrated with the delay. However, I got a very quick response from someone in customer service who made sure to get another one sent to me, made sure I had the tracking number and kept in contact. I received my item and I’m very happy with how it looks and the quality! They also included a free cleaning tool with was a nice little touch. I would recommend this item and would purchase from them again happily!
